My Twinn dress with Silk Ribbon Embroidery

Inspiration: Silk ribbon given to me by a friend and all the beautiful silk ribbon projects I’ve seen



Materials: Silk ribbon (4mm I believe), natural colored muslin, shell buttons

Construction: Using my “Twinn sloper” I created this dress. It features a sweetheart neckline, tucks in the sleeves and skirt and pleats to take up the fullness of the sleeves and skirt. I loved making this dress. I haven’t yet “named” it yet (most of my Twinn dresses get names) but I have some ideas…
